About Us:
webAI is pioneering the future of artificial intelligence by establishing the first distributed AI infrastructure dedicated to personalized AI. We recognize the evolving demands of a data-driven society for scalability and flexibility, and we firmly believe that the future of AI lies in distributed processing at the edge, bringing computation closer to the source of data generation. Our mission is to build a future where a company's valuable data and intellectual property remain entirely private, enabling the deployment of large-scale AI models directly on standard consumer hardware without compromising the information embedded within those models. We are developing an end-to-end platform that is secure, scalable, and fully under the control of our users, empowering enterprises with AI that understands their unique business. We are a team driven by truth, ownership, tenacity, and humility, and we seek individuals who resonate with these core values and are passionate about shaping the next generation of AI.
About the Role:
webAI is looking for an entrepreneurial Solution Delivery Lead to own the day-to-day delivery of our most critical customer engagements. This role serves as the primary bridge between mission objectives, customer needs, and technical execution. Ensuring that AI solutions are delivered securely, effectively, and with measurable business impact.
You will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on problem solver, translating complex objectives into structured delivery plans and guiding cross-functional teams from discovery through deployment. As a core member of an early-stage team, you will help define how webAI delivers value at scale. Contributing directly to the company’s delivery playbook, customer success motion, and long-term growth.
This role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, leading without formal authority, and working closely with senior customer stakeholders. The position requires a minimum of 25% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Own delivery for one or more strategic customer engagements, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and technical feasibility.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for execution, translating strategic goals into actionable delivery plans.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, network engineers, solutions architects, and product partners.
Interface directly with senior customer stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable plans and decisions.
Develop and manage delivery roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans across the lifecycle of an engagement.
Lead execution from scope definition through deployment, proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
Create clarity out of ambiguity by structuring problems, aligning stakeholders, and driving decisive action.
Support business development activities, including proposal development, client conversations, and account expansion.
Operate across a range of enterprise environments, with preference for experience in healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, or transportation.
Contribute to building and improving webAI’s delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8–12 years of experience in program, delivery, or engagement leadership within AI, data, or advanced technology domains.
Proven track record leading complex, multidisciplinary technical programs from concept to deployment.
Strong ability to collaborate with technical experts without needing to design models, write production code, or independently architect systems.
Exceptional structured problem-solving skills, including hypothesis-driven thinking, analysis, and synthesis into clear recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, including crafting executive-level narratives and presenting to senior audiences.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, define structure where none exists, and drive clarity among diverse stakeholders.
Strong understanding of core AI and data concepts (e.g., machine learning, generative AI, data governance, model lifecycle) with the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
Solid understanding of enterprise system integration, deployment lifecycles, and commercial technology practices.
Experience in delivery planning, risk management, and operational execution in enterprise settings.
Preferred Qualifications
Broad technical literacy across AI/ML, analytics, digital infrastructure, and data systems.
Experience working with senior leaders and navigating complex organizational environments.
Exposure to AI-enabled transformation, analytics, or technology-driven change programs.
