In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing, leading efforts to grow our user base and enhance our market presence. Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize a diverse portfolio of paid and organic acquisition channels, including digital campaigns, SEO, ABM, and events, to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strategically drive the conversion of our self-serve user and sales base through impactful multi-channel campaigns designed to maximize conversion throughout the funnel.
- Design and execute growth experiments to test hypotheses, learn from results, and iterate on the approach for continuous improvement.
- Establish key metrics, objectives, and success measures for experiments and nurture campaigns. Oversee the reporting and performance of initiatives to enable optimization and strategic adjustments.
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, content, design, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and communicator focused on building meaningful and impactful user experiences.
- Create and implement pipeline acceleration programs and lead generation initiatives towards specific, targeted accounts and contacts.
- Manage ongoing performance and report on results and recommendations, presenting and summarizing results meaningfully for leadership and marketing and business stakeholders.
Requirements and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing, and growth marketing, including a minimum of 2 years as an ABM practitioner.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital growth marketing campaigns, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, proficiency in utilizing data to drive decision-making and marketing optimization.
- Hands-on mastery of Hubspot and proficiency in Webflow, Google Analytics, and other leading marketing tech tools. Experience with managing pixels, event tracking, and measurement platforms.
- Excellent presentation, communication, verbal/written, and relationship-building skills. Ability to educate and influence colleagues across cross-functional teams at all levels within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
- Tenacious problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward action, testing, learning, and iterating. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain open and flexible in times of uncertainty.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to ladder up activities and programs to higher-level business goals. Ability to translate business needs into digital strategy and communicate that strategy effectively to marketing and sales.
- Thrives on challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment. Ability to develop effective partnerships and influence colleagues across cross-functional teams at all levels within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
- Obsessive organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, build work-back schedules, and hold others accountable for commitments.
