Responsibilities:

Execute performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
Monitor and collect performance data during test execution to ensure accurate results.
Simulate various user loads and usage patterns to evaluate system performance under different conditions.
Analyze complex performance data and identify root causes of performance issues.
Identify key performance metrics and establish benchmarks for application performance.
Design and create performance test scripts and scenarios using industry-standard tools.
Develop performance test plans and strategies based on project requirements and objectives.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of relevant work experience conducting performance testing of mission-critical applications.
Experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter, and LoadRunner.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with monitoring tools and techniques for capturing performance metrics (e.g., APM tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics).
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
Knowledge of web technologies, databases, and network protocols.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ElasticSearch and Kibana.
Experience with Python and DB Slow query analysis of Mysql and Mongo etc.
Experience testing mission-critical Applications.
Experience with the Dynatrace tool.
