About The Role

The Fulfillment Coordinator is a member of the Global Supply Chain team, reporting to the Senior Materials Manager and plays a key role in ensuring execution of material planning, order entry, and shipping activities for customer and warranty orders. This individual will work cross-functionally between the Customer Care, Field Service, Material Planning, and Warehouse & Logistics teams to coordinate the creation of demand in business systems and the fulfillment of that demand through product shipments. The person in this position will ensure accurate, timely, and complete flow of information between business systems and high availability and on-time delivery of order demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and issue sales quotes, sales orders, and invoices
  • Ensure timely fulfillment and accuracy of customer and service parts orders
  • Monitor and maintain all service warehouse stock levels, both internally and at remote storage locations
  • Ensure adequate stock management tools and processes are in place to enable efficient workflow for fulfilling direct to consumer orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist Material Planners to evaluate part distribution trends and establish/adjust minimum stock levels
  • Create and close out jobs for new part builds in Epicor, as required
  • Ensure all necessary processes are in place to ensure no stock is lost, stock counts are accurate, and any variances are fully investigated
  • Issue RMAs and verify receipts of all RMAs. Work closely with the re-manufacture team to ensure priority parts are available for failure analysis and part replacement
  • Receive daily any customer returns (RMAs), validate and enter parts back into the system. Ensure that warranty credits are granted only when appropriate terms & conditions are met
  • Assist warehousing and logistics operations in the fulfillment of customer and service orders, RMA processing, inventory management
  • Facilitate billing of completed field service work
  • Contribute to general warehouse operations and other fulfillment activities, as required

Required Qualifications:

  • HS diploma/GED and 3+ years experience in warehousing, inventory, logistics, material planning, or customer care in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience using MRP and/or CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic MRP
  • BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, inventory, logistics, material planning, or customer care in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with complex electromechanical assemblies and their constituent components (PCBAs, PLCs, wire harnesses, weldments, etc.)
  • Experience operating PIT equipment within a warehouse environment
