We continue to invest in growing our teams to support this traction, and are hiring for a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to join our Sales team.

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to join our Enablement team as the second member.
In this role, you won’t just be following a playbook—you’ll be helping to write it.
You will partner directly with our Director of Sales Enablement to build a world-class revenue engine. This is a "roll-up-your-sleeves" individual contributor role where you will influence everything from the initial onboarding experience to ongoing readiness programs. You will be in the trenches with our AEs and SDRs, building the battlecards, talk tracks, and micro-learnings they need to win. You’ll work directly with the Director, Sales Enablement, to identify friction points in the sales process and deploy creative solutions to resolve them. What You’ll Do:
As a generalist in a rapidly growing org, your day-to-day will be diverse. You will:
- Help build the foundation: Design, execute, and iterate on our end-to-end sales onboarding and ongoing certification programs, while helping reinforce our sales process.
- Content creation: Produce high-impact sales assets including playbooks, pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, and micro-learning videos.
- Facilitate & coach: Lead live training sessions and workshops, moving beyond just "presenting" to ensuring true skill adoption and mastery.
- Partner with sales leadership: Act as a strategic partner to sales managers, identifying performance gaps and deploying targeted enablement interventions.
- Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure the sales team has the most up-to-date product knowledge and messaging.
- Measure success: Establish metrics for enablement effectiveness, ensuring our programs drive measurable improvements in ramp time and win rates.

Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or a closely related Revenue Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Skillset: Proven ability to create visual and written sales content (Decks, Playbooks, etc.) and experience with LMS or CMS tools is a plus.
Deep understanding of sales: Even if you haven’t been an Enablement Manager before, you have a deep understanding of the sales persona and what makes a rep tick
