This role will be based in our North Hills, Raleigh, North Carolina HQ and we work in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Job Overview:

Relay’s Supply Chain Analyst II will be a key member of the Supply Chain team within the broader Operations department. The ideal candidate is obsessed with customer experience, believes no detail is too small, and is excited to multitask & drive simultaneous projects. This team member will support the day to day performance of our device refurbishment program, forward, and reverse logistics. Additionally, this position will liaise with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to support cash management and sales and revenue goals.

What you will do:

The Supply Chain Analyst II will manage reverse logistics and refurbishment programs, as well as forward logistics. They will work with third party partners to ensure efficient operations, and will liaise with internal teams to optimize processes and financial outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reverse Logistics and Refurbishment: Manage and execute programs, measure efficacy, oversee third-party partners, grow the refurbishment program, and provide insights for product improvements as well as negotiate win/win outcomes with third-party partners.
  • Forward Logistics Program Management: Manage and optimize forward logistics processes, collaborate with partners to ensure order fulfillment, monitor inventory accuracy, and manage financial aspects, including but not limited to auditing invoices and monitoring compliance as well as partnering with Relay’s finance and accounting team to accurately capture and classify expenses.
  • Partner Management and Advocacy: Use project and program management best practices along with industry best practices to ensure healthy relationships. Maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, address issues raised by internal teams, and organize Quarterly Business Reviews.

What you will bring to this role:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, or four years of related work experience, is required; concentration in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Supply Chain management; previous experience with vendor/partner management and or program management preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Sisense preferred)
