This position is responsible for identifying, documenting, mitigating and monitoring operational risk for Produce Pay. You will be responsible for creating, establishing and maintaining the operational risk framework. You will work closely with all teams of the company helping them improve their day to day processes.

Responsibilities:

• You will work with the risk management team to document risks involved in the daily operations of the company.
• You will develop mitigation strategies for the identified risks and help teams integrate them into their processes to prevent further risks.
• You will advise the organization on best practices for the management of operational risks.
• Projects involve developing a system for tracking and monitoring operational risks, also performing audits in order to assess compliance with recommended mitigation measures.
• You will also participate in projects linked with regulatory compliance.
• You will work closely with business and Operations to help them to document processes, identify risks and set up controls to mitigate them, as well as, to streamline processes looking for efficiencies.
