As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing ProducePay’s marketing operations efforts globally. Working closely with sales, and sales operations and revenue operations, you will manage data, assist in lead management, execute campaigns, operate within the marketing tech stack, help with sales training, and measure success.


  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and content distribution. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets.
  • Data Management: Maintain and manage marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations. Regularly clean and segment data for targeted marketing activities.
  • Marketing Technology Support: Provide operational support for marketing technologies, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the generation of regular performance reports, analyzing key metrics and trends to provide insights on campaign effectiveness. Support data-driven decision-making for future marketing strategies.
  • Process Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, Revenue Ops/Sales Ops, and sales enablement to coordinate marketing projects and campaigns. Ensure alignment and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Lead Management: Assist in lead management activities, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing. Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Training and Documentation: Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation for marketing processes and technologies. Assist in training team members on the use of marketing tools.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the marketing operations function. Make recommendations for improvements based on industry best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a similar role.
  • 1-2 years experience with 1-2 years experience with marketing automation systems as an Administrator or Power User.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, HubSpot and HighSpot.
  • Experience with B2B Account Based Marketing a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to working with various digital tools and platforms.
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
  • English and Spanish fluency.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with multi-touch attribution models, lead scoring and grading models.
  • Experience building marketing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • FinTech and/or agriculture background.
