Responsibilities:

• The Field Operations Inspector will be in charge of evaluating fields and monitoring them once the grower is enrolled with our company
• Perform site visits to our potential clients' fields to validate the feasibility of agriculture projects
• Monitor our formal clients and analyze the status on the whole operation financed by ProducePay
• Create accurate site visit reports in a timely manner
• Share ideas regarding the projects with internal stakeholders

• Agricultural Engineer, Agronomist, or similar training
• English comprehension
• MS Office skills
• Good people skills
• At least 3 years of experience with fresh produce crops, fields, packing processes and best practices
• Availability to work on a 6-weeks project that might be extended up to 4 months, starting in September 2023
