We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and dynamic individual to join the Sales Operations team. In this role, you will help drive sales growth as the Salesforce Administrator. Your duties will include building from ambiguous business requirements to deliver clear valuable insights and enable the business to improve efficiency and effectiveness through reporting. You will develop workflows, analyze key metrics; coordinating with sales, customer success, accounting, and marketing teams to develop and implement solutions and ensure sales goals are met in a timely fashion. You’ll create reports based on your analysis of sales data and present that data to others in the organization, including management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of Salesforce to ensure that territory/account assignment are accurately implemented and updated
  • Participate in the design/implementation process for system enhancements and complete user training
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
  • Maintaining the sales, manufacturing, and service cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
  • System integration and administration of all Salesforce-connected programs
  • Tracking sales funnel from lead to deployment
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes
  • Work across departments to meet expectations and goals.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
  • Proven ability to organize and analyze large sets of data into meaningful and concise reports
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
  • Experience with Salesforce change management
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Experience building effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Proficient in word/office suites, as well as Excel including pivot tables, macros, etc.
  • Proficiency or acumen in sophisticated analytical and data visualization tools (R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional documentation, data management, and analysis skills
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualificaitons

  • Experience owning integrations or large-scale migrations
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Experience developing in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Design, and/or Visualforce page
  • Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Bilingual: Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Salesforce subject matter expert with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
  • Advanced excel or data modeling skills with a strong understanding of BI tools and analytical models.

  • Previously worked at SaaS company in an operations role
