1. Training and Development:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team, covering product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques specific to SaaS and IoT.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful training materials.
2. Content Creation:
- Develop and curate sales collateral, presentations, and other content that aligns with the unique value propositions of our SaaS and IoT solutions.
- Ensure the availability of up-to-date and relevant content to support the sales team at every stage of the sales cycle.
3. Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze and streamline the sales processes, incorporating best practices and efficiency improvements for SaaS and IoT sales.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions.
4. Technology Integration:
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technologies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the SaaS and IoT domains to inform technology decisions.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach in promoting SaaS and IoT solutions.
- Establish clear communication channels to share insights, updates, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, preferably in the SaaS and IoT sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with relevant sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We have a distributed team that works remotely across locations in the United States. We are open to candidates from most states but collaboration within core working hours is required.
