We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is focused on cross-team collaboration to ensure product and technical teams work seamlessly to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with the organization's goals. Your ability to bridge the gap between these teams, facilitate communication, and drive efficient processes will be essential for project success. You will work closely with other development managers to help lead DevOps, Mobile, Machine Learning, Quality Assurance, and Full Stack development teams. A hands-on leader with diverse software development projects experience and is passionate about driving teams to success.

What You’ll Do:

• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Guide, coach, and mentor development teams ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with the company's quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with product owners to understand product requirements, provide feedback, technical planning, and align development activities with business objectives.
• Project Oversight: Utilize Jira for project tracking, workflow management, and reporting. Ensure all team members are aligned and using Jira to its fullest potential.
• Requirement Translation: Work closely with product managers to understand and document product requirements, user stories, and priorities. Collaborate with technical leads and developers to break down these requirements into actionable tasks and technical specifications.
• Task Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of task boards, backlog management, and sprint planning. Monitor task progress and address any impediments or bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
• Technical Guidance: Offer expertise on AWS serverless and mobile applications. Provide guidance to the team on best practices and innovative solutions to build scalable, secure, and dynamic solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement best practices, efficiency improvements, and technological advancements.
• Cross-functional Communication: Work seamlessly with other development managers to ensure inter-team collaboration and efficiency with strong communication.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience working with and managing DevOps, Mobile, Machine Learning, QA, and Web development teams.
• Strong expertise in using Jira for project management.
• Solid understanding of AWS serverless applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with security concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Proven track record in managing remote teams.
• Experience with Flutter mobile framework a plus.
• Experience with ReactJS framework a plus.
• Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation is a plus.
