What’s The Opportunity?
The Talent Partner at AssetWatch plays a pivotal role in driving the company's success by attracting top talent. This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and developing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. The Talent Partner will also contribute to building a diverse workforce that aligns with the company's core values and goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
- Source, identify, and attract exceptional candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Develop and execute innovative and creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively representing the company's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to ensure a diverse candidate pool and reduce unconscious bias.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations related to talent acquisition and management.
Who You Are:
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top talent for various roles.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Experience with full cycle recruiting and creative sourcing strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving work environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and their application in talent acquisition.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience scaling Go-to-market teams.
