About the Role:

The Employee Experience & Productivity team at Motive is a cutting edge, low-ego, collaborative group that is responsible for improving employee productivity through the use of Artificial Intelligence, digital tools, and enablement.

Our small but mighty team focuses on enabling Motive’s teams to work in an AI‑first way — from core tools like Glean and Gemini to internal agents, workflows, and analytics. We develop, deploy, and maintain AI solutions that empower our teammates to maximize their output while upholding security, governance, and data quality standards.

We are looking for an AI‑obsessed operator with a natural inclination toward problem-solving in fast-paced environments, enablement, and data‑driven decision making to be a foundational member of this team.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior AI Operations Analyst, you will be key to the success of our internal Generative AI initiatives across the entire AI development lifecycle. This includes:

  • Evaluating new platforms and capabilities
  • Managing intake from business stakeholders for new AI tools and agents
  • Developing, testing, and maintaining AI tools and agent workflows
  • Enabling and training end‑users, including cross‑functional partners
  • Analyzing usage and feedback data to inform product and roadmap decisions

You will be a key liaison between BizTech’s technical teams (engineering, data, product) and business stakeholders, ensuring our AI tools and agents are effectively implemented, governed, and adopted.

This role demands a unique combination of analytical rigor, project and change management, and a passion for applying AI to real‑world business challenges. Because we're tackling novel challenges with cutting‑edge tools, comfort navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast‑paced environment are essential.

  • Develop and iterate AI tools and agents: Rapidly prototype, develop, test (including prompt engineering/training), launch, and maintain (bug fixes, enhancements) new agents and agentic workflows across our sanctioned platforms (e.g. Glean, Gemini, Bedrock and more).
  • Drive enablement programs: Design and deliver training, guides, playbooks, and office hours to help employees (including BizTech and business teams) adopt AI tools and agents effectively.
  • Lead communications: Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate features, updates, and success stories through channels such as enablement sessions, internal posts, and AI Labs.
  • Design and operationalize supporting processes: As new AI tools and agents are launched, define and document supporting processes (e.g., intake, support, change management, incident handling) so they are scalable and repeatable.
  • Champion continuous improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing AI tools, agents, and processes based on performance, feedback, and business needs.
  • Instrument and monitor usage: Partner with data/analytics to instrument AI tools and agents (e.g., DAU, feature usage, outcomes) and maintain dashboards or reports.
  • Inform product decisions: Translate insights into clear recommendations for roadmap, prioritization, and UX/agent improvements, working closely with BizTech product managers and engineering.
  • Serve as AI subject matter expert: Act as an initial point of contact for internal business users regarding available AI tools, platforms, processes, and policies.
  • Bridge BizTech and business teams: Collaborate closely with teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to understand their workflows and design AI solutions that deliver measurable value.

Contribute to AI strategy: Participate in the development and refinement of BizTech’s internal AI strategy, architecture, and operating model

What We're Looking For:

  • Own it Mentality: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Proven ability to build 0>1 products with a bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passion and acumen for AI: you are obsessed with AI and its potential to transform business processes. You stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies. Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI concepts and familiarity with platforms like Gemini, Notebook LM, Glean, Chat GPT, N8N, AWS Bedrock, AgentForce, Google AgentSpace, AISera or similar technologies. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining AI tools is a must.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and iterations. Experience with agile methodologies and agentic AI development lifecycle is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and assess the viability of AI use cases and devise evaluation approaches to ensure top quality and repeatable outcomes. Data-driven decision-making is essential.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools quickly. Familiarity with APIs, scripting and systems integrations required.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process Orientation: A natural inclination towards process improvement, documentation, and creating structure. Experience developing and implementing new processes is highly valued.
  • 7+ years product or program management experience
  • Willing to work in PST time zone.

Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.
