About the Role:

The payroll team is responsible for managing all aspects of employee pay, including creating, maintaining, and updating payroll data such as overtime, commissions, reimbursements and various employee benefits. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations while providing strong support to employees across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Collecting and verifying attendance, leaves and bonuses
• New hires and leavers data validations and payouts
• Addressing employee queries related payroll, tax and payments
• Support employees with Bank account opening
• Can take one on one meetings with employees for payroll understanding
• Interdepartment communications related to payroll data
• Understanding of Local compliance like EOBI, IESSI, Provident Fund
• Data analysis and reporting to senior management as and when required
• Automation of Payroll process

What We're Looking For:

• BBA, BCom, or a relevant educational background
• 2+ years of relevant payroll or finance experience
• Studied Tax as an academic subject
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees
