About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and operational leader to join our Sales Operations team as a Senior Manager. This is a high-profile role sitting at the crossroads of our Go-To-Market motion, serving as the operational "engine room" for our sales leadership.

As a Senior Manager, you will move beyond day-to-day execution to own the rhythm of the business. You will lead a substantial organization of Associate Managers and Analysts in Pakistan, ensuring that our forecasting, data analysis, and performance reporting are not just accurate, but actionable. You will be heavily responsible for driving our internal Business Review cycles (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) coordinating directly with senior sales leaders and business partners to produce the insights that drive executive decision-making.

If you are excited by the challenge of running a large-scale operational team, influencing strategy through data, and working directly with VP-level leadership, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership & Business Reviews: Own the end-to-end production and management of the "Business Review" cycle (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly). You will collaborate with Sales VPs, Finance, and Strategy leaders to synthesize data into executive-level narratives and slide decks.
  • Team Management & Development: Manage a direct team of 4 Associate Managers and an indirect team of 20+ Analysts. You will be responsible for mentoring your managers, fostering a culture of high performance, and guiding the professional development of the broader "Field Operations" organization in Pakistan.
  • Forecasting & Performance Hubs: Oversee the maintenance of sales performance hubs and the collection/compilation of the global sales forecast. You will ensure data integrity and provide the "source of truth" for sales leadership.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our GTM motion and implement process improvements. You will act as a bridge between the operational and sales teams in Pakistan, US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner deeply with Finance, Marketing, Order Management, and Enablement to ensure our data analysis leads to cohesive strategic recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 7+ years of Sales/Revenue Operations experience, with at least 5 years in a SaaS environment (experience with hardware/logistics components is a bonus).
  • Leadership: 3+ years of direct leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more. Experience managing other managers is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Mastery: Deep expertise in Google Sheets/Excel. You must be able to build complex models, analyze large datasets, build out tools to bridge process gaps, and teach these skills to your team.
  • Technical Aptitude: Foundational understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and reporting (Administrative certification or advanced knowledge is a bonus).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You have a track record of working with Senior Leadership (VP+) and producing executive-level write-ups, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Strategic Mindset: You can see the "big picture" behind the numbers. You don't just report data; you interpret it to tell a story that helps the business grow.

Why You Should Join Us

  • High Impact: You will own the "Run the Business" operational cadence, giving you high visibility with senior leadership and a direct hand in the company’s strategic planning.
  • Global Exposure: Work alongside a world-class Operations & Strategy team based in the US and Canada, managing a critical hub of talent in Pakistan.
  • Ownership: At Motive, we value "Owning It." You will have the autonomy to shape how your team operates and the authority to drive improvements across the sales org.

Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.
