While Campaign Managers lead overall strategy, you will own the project management and execution plans that turn those strategies into high-performing, scalable campaigns.
You’ll collaborate closely with Campaign Managers and cross-functional partners—including Marketing Operations, Web, Solutions Marketing, and Paid Media—to ensure campaigns are launched on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals. - Maintain and manage the campaign production calendar, proactively coordinating timelines and deliverables across Marketing Operations, Web, Solutions Marketing, Paid Media, and other partner teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and manage project boards in Asana, clearly defining milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Anticipate roadblocks, manage risk, and drive projects to completion with limited guidance.
- Schedule and lead campaign performance reviews, collaborating with Campaign Managers and cross-functional teams to gather insights, identify optimization opportunities, and adjust builds and timelines accordingly.
- Proactively identify issues or gaps in campaign execution and driving resolutions to maintain quality and timeliness.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and process improvements, sharing updates, insights, and recommendations that help streamline campaign delivery and enhance overall team efficiency.
- Support essential administrative work to maintain and support the pipeline growth of the Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise segments.
What We're Looking For:
- Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust calendars and deadlines as priorities shift, and keep all stakeholders on track. A self-starter who takes initiative and drives work forward independently.
- Broad marketing knowledge with deep expertise in campaign execution and project management, particularly in account-based or multi-channel environments.
- Proven project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled at driving alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues early, propose solutions, and drive them to completion with limited oversight.
Role Expectations:
- 2+ years of experience working in a marketing specialist or marketing project manager role at a B2B company
- Proficient with Asana or similar project management tools, as well as Google suite, Figma, Glean, ChatGPT, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Foundational understanding of sprints, Kanban boards, and general project management functions.
- Takes ownership of the production and execution of campaigns based on strategies defined by Campaign Managers.
- Works within team OKRs and resource plans, influencing outcomes through high-quality project management and collaboration.
- Understands user needs and applies that understanding to campaign execution and delivery.
- Communicates effectively to facilitate decision-making, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Proactively identifies operational inefficiencies or execution risks and drives solutions to completion.
