About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our supply chain data across multiple systems, including our ERP system NetSuite and procurement system Coupa. Your primary objective will be to manage the end-to-end process of purchase orders for both inventory and expense items, providing critical insights that enable data-driven business decisions.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in supply chain operations and a passion for data accuracy. You will serve as the central point for our supply chain processes, guaranteeing seamless transactions and providing timely, reliable data essential for crucial business functions such as supply planning and cash flow projections.

Key Responsibilities

  • PO Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of purchase orders (POs), from initial creation and daily updates to end-to-end tracking and final completion.
  • System Data Reconciliation: Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Program Managers, Inventory, and Logistics teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Proactively reconcile data across key platforms, including NetSuite and Coupa, to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and execute reports within relevant systems to monitor and report on key metrics, including volume, price, and spend.
  • Inventory Spend Management: Maintain and manage our spending database, and provide regular reports on inventory purchases, Purchase Price Variance (PPV), and credit memos.
  • Expense Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive database for supply chain expenses, including NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering), Tooling, and CapEx (Capital Expenditure) spending.
  • System Optimization: Identify and resolve system-related issues to ensure smooth transaction processing. Recommend and collaborate with technical support teams to implement system improvements.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, with a preference for candidates from the semiconductor or technology industries.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including the ability to build and manipulate complex formulas and queries. Experience with Tableau or other equivalent data visualization tools is highly desirable.
  • ERP Proficiency: Demonstrated experience as a power user of ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, or equivalent), with a solid understanding of both transaction-level operations and report generation.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to serve as a key collaborator across multiple teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail. The ability to be highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in addressing new challenges and responsibilities is essential.

Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.
