About the Role:
As an OM Enterprise Manager at Motive, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s growth efforts, working closely with our Enterprise GTM organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by managing complex deals from initiation to closure. You will understand client needs and ensure smooth deal execution.
This role will support the GTM Enterprise team in our initiative to grow the Enterprise segment. As an OM Enterprise Manager, you will work directly with the sales team under the finance organization. You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and supporting the Deals in the Enterprise segment, ensuring that the sales team has what they need to close their deals
- Creating scalable processes in improving efficiency in deal closure
- Managing and building a world-class team to support the Enterprise Segment
We are looking for someone based in Austin, TX who can come into our local office 2-3 days per week.
What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, clients, and internal teams.
Contract Execution:
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, Deal Desk, and finance teams to finalize deal terms and close transactions.
Deal Management and Oversight:
- Monitor deal progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on deal performance and key metrics.
Sales Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Proactively anticipate Sales requirements and provide value-added solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of equivalent work experience required
- Previous success with Enterprise at a fast-growing SaaS (Revenue Ops, Deal Desk etc) and supporting top deal negotiations
- Success with supporting top deals and complex deals
- Identified process improvement opportunities and developed solutions to improve efficiency and help sales teams close deals faster and more efficiently
- Success in managing and building a team
- Communication Skills- Strong communication skills to collaborate with different swimlanes and represent OM to internal partners.
- Organizational Skills- Be able to perform several tasks at one time, keep detailed records, and manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving Skills- Must handle unforeseen issues and promptly alert internal teams.
- Analytic Skills - Collect and analyze information and problem-solve with data to facilitate decision-making.
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Strong understanding of CPQ and Subscription/billing management System
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar role
- Very strong Excel skills and sensitivity to numbers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Recommended - Zuora, or other billing systems
- Working knowledge of accounting principles.
