About the Role:

The marketing operations team is responsible for building the tools and capabilities that enable us to scale our marketing practice. That includes all we do with marketing systems, marketing services, data quality, sales alignment and more. The team provides strategic and tactical support to key projects at Motive that make it possible for us to grow. We collaborate closely with teams across the company - like enterprise systems, sales, product marketing, engineering and more.

As a manager of campaign services, you will own the team and process for producing and delivering digital marketing assets needed to support go-to-market campaigns, paid media plans, partner marketing and demand generation initiatives. You’ll interact with internal team requesters to assess their project briefs and requirements, assign resources, manage the timeline and expectations, output quality, and overall goal attainment of each request. As the leader of a service organization within Marketing Operations, you’ll be responsible for team efficiency and throughput, capacity and growth, status communication and transparency, and setting direction and education about how to work and engage with the Campaign Services team. You’ll play a strategic role in thinking about how to improve the process, make it more efficient, and expand the catalog of digital assets that your team can deliver.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the marketing technical stack supporting all campaign processes and integrations.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements translate into technical designs, manage the development, deployment, ongoing management of and goal attainment of marketing tools.
  • Partner with the Marketing Ops team to deeply understand the business and our marketing opportunities and build the right tools and capabilities to address them
  • Own end to end campaign execution across multiple channels and tools
  • Partner with channel managers to manage campaign intake and execution process; consult on best practices to support legal compliance, deliverability, and campaign performance
  • Establish standard operating procedures for team members to ensure quality delivery, timeliness and system stability
  • Manage a small team of Marketo admins on the intake, development, QA and delivery of emails, landing pages, Marketo programs and campaigns
  • Analyze funnel performance, identifying optimization opportunities and working with go-to-market teams to implement

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience executing campaigns within a marketing operations function
  • Experience leading teams of technical talent with a “player/coach” mindset.
    • Internal or agency management experience a plus
  • Past hands-on expertise in Marketo, Salesforce; deep expertise in email and other digital marketing operations.
  • Project management experience and customizing project orientation and flow for your teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes & recommendations, and an interest in teaching others

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:
$98,000$151,000 USD
