About the Role:
The Senior Demo Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer's first impression of our products. This role will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of all product demonstrations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product marketing teams, executive leadership, and enablement teams to create compelling and tailored product demos that resonate with our target audience.
What You'll Do:
Demo Development & Strategy: Work with Product Marketing Managers to define and create customized product demos showcasing the unique value propositions of our solutions.
Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Executive Leadership to determine the strategic direction and priorities for product demos.
Enablement Collaboration: Coordinate with Enablement Teams to train sales and customer success departments on how to effectively use and present these demos.
Analytics & Optimization: Utilize metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of demos, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Market & Competitor Insight: Regularly conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and incorporate best practices into our demo strategies.
Content Creation: Develop supporting materials for demos including guides, FAQs, and one-pagers for use by sales and marketing teams.
Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations for demo-related initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven experience in launching and marketing tech products/services.
- Solid track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Product Management, and UX.
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to take on initiatives and pursue opportunities.
- Experience with data-driven marketing and the ability to analyze and utilize data to inform strategies.
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units.
