About the Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic individual eager to join our close-knit customer support team dedicated to driving down CO2 emissions and enhancing efficiency for leading retail brands worldwide.

Reporting directly to our Head of Customer Support, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Serving as the frontline support, promptly resolving customer inquiries with efficient solutions.
  • Proactively addressing customer concerns related to platform bugs and swiftly resolving any frustrations.
  • Overseeing platform setup and configuration for new brands and teams, facilitating smooth onboarding and fostering ongoing relationship excellence.
  • Executing global tests on multiple panels to expand our brands' audience outreach beyond traditional email marketing databases.
  • Handling inbound brand inquiries via email and chat channels, providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate bugs and feature requests effectively.
  • Contributing to the creation of comprehensive documentation to streamline the resolution of frequently asked questions for brands.
  • Defining the standard for exceptional support at MakerSights as one of our early team members.

Your Experience/Abilities

Demonstrate a proven track record in customer service and exhibit a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences (1+ year experience).Possess a strong technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts ( prior experience using customer support software and ticketing systems)Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Display adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organizational environment

This is a fully remote position, however you must reside in the PST timezone to be considered for this opportunity.

Salary Range: The Salary Range for this position is $60K - $70K USD annually, with exact salary depending on location as well as prior work experience and the assessment of one's fit for the role.
