Responsibilities

  • Work with departments across the organization – Production/Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering Finance and PMO.
  • Manage overall demand que, confirming inputs with sales, engineering and PMO team and ensuring we have all the required data in salesforce
  • Produce and help maintain sales reports and presentations, such as the demand forecast
  • Documentation management
  • Support RFQ/Is
  • Manage processes and support key meetings involving sales/sales operations
  • Experienced in Salesforce, analysis, finance, market and trend analysis and modeling.
  • Has strong/clear communication skills
  • Demonstrates technical acumen/understanding
  • Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticality and guidance
  • Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation, organizational skills and follow-up/through
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired results
  • Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across multiple functions
  • Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, know when to act quickly

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years in sales operations, analysis, coordinator and/or financial/accounting function
  • Excel, Smart sheets, Google sheets, PPT, Confluence, IHS, Salesforce, Infor LN, Jira, PPT, Word

Preferred Qualifications

  • LiDAR/OEM knowledge/experience
