About the Role:

We are not solving a small problem, and we’re not addressing a small market. We are addressing significant issues faced by trillion-dollar industries that power the physical economy, including logistics, transportation, food & beverage, plumbers, HVAC, construction, and oil & gas. As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our international market strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customers' needs in different regions, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and adoption of our products and services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive international market strategy aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in international markets.
  • Define clear product requirements based on a deep understanding of customer needs in different regions.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure a cohesive and compelling product experience across all markets.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of international product launches.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales teams and external partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with expertise in launching products in international markets.
  • You have solid experience in international business practices, cultural differences, and regulatory requirements.
  • You have high “EQ” and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • You are curious about a new market where you don’t have first-hand experience. You work diligently to understand customers' mindsets in a new market and enjoy delivering delightful experiences quickly.
  • You are comfortable and confident sharing your thoughts in verbal or written form. You can engage constructively in debate and discussion with different personality types and seniority levels.
  • You are a trailblazer who is humble, kind, and open to learning new stuff. You can take a stand yet commit even when you disagree. You have a strong bias to action and are unafraid to get your hands dirty.

Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. Motive uses three geographic zones to determine pay range. For this role, the compensation ranges are:
San Francisco, California
$182,000$250,000 USD
U.S. metropolitan areas: Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City Area, Seattle, Washington D.C.
$164,000$225,000 USD
Other locations in the United States
$146,000$200,000 USD
