What You'll Be Doing

• • Handling daily receiving (answer various delivery information from MPs, receiving and delivery cargo)

  处理日常的收发货，包括和制造合作伙伴关于收发货问题的沟通

  • Maintain receiving/delivery information in Odoo

  在Odoo维护收发货信息，确保信息准确记录

  • Input receiving date, ship out date ,very urgent order information on cargo carton boxes

  在货物纸箱上填写收货日期，出货日期，紧急订单信息

  • Maintain receiving , inspected ,finished parts physical storage

  维护已收到的，已检验的，等待出货的仓储状态

  • Create shipping label and stick to the right cargo

  创建并粘贴运单到相应的货物上

  • Check and ensure the packaging is sufficient for shipping, including customized label, packaging method. Strengthen or re-pack the cargo if needed.

  检查并确保货物有充分包装以满足出货要求，包括要按照客制化的标签要求和包装方式包装，按需加强包装或重新包装

  • Collect shipping documents and align with the Logistic team to ensure the cargo can match with the documents.

  和物流团队对接接收出货资料，确保出货资料信息和货物的一致性

  • Shipment booking with Fedex, DHL or UPS

  在联邦快递，中外运敦豪，UPS平台预约发货

  • Coordinate with the Logistics team on forwarder shipment pick up and maintain information.

  协助物流团队完成货代提货和Odoo物流信息维护

  • Feidi internal warehouse(inventory/packaging material/sample/fork truck/tools 5S) maintenance and management.

  飞缔内部日常仓库维护管理工作（库存，包材，样品，叉车/工具 5S等）

  • Customer experience improves through daily receiving and shipment continuously improving.
  • 通过每日收货，发货的持续改进提高客户体验
  • Other task assigned by Quality Lead
  • QC Lead分配的其他任务

Qualifications

• 
  
  • Familiar with mechanical manufacturing industry warehouse management

  熟悉机械加工行业仓库管理

  • Senior high school or college degree major in Logistics with over 3 years of working experience.

  高中或大专物流专业，三年以上工作经验

  • Familiar with computer，Ability of understand and operation in English interface
  • 熟练运用电脑，可以理解并操作英文版工作界面
  • Possesses great attention to detail and reverse the observation into improving

  细致观察，可以从实际操作中观察并找到改善提升的机会

  • Clear thinker capable to figure out root cause also solution quickly from various information

  思路清晰，可以在各种信息中快速找到关键问题点并且提出解决方案

  • Excellent communicator, strong sense of responsibility
