Marketing Campaign Specialist
Impact In This Role
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and monitoring of omni-channel marketing campaigns. Leveraging our Marketing Technology (Martech) stack you will have great decision-making capabilities as well as responsibilities to support the businesses financial targets. Work with a cross-department group across Marketing, Growth and Product teams to plan, build, deploy and improve campaigns. This includes single-send campaigns, to multi-channel product releases (across web, webinar, digital ad, email, etc.), to nurture campaigns of prospect to long-term customers. This role has the opportunity to grow into strategic planning, and/or Marketing Technology management.
Areas of Responsibility
- Build, deploy and report on campaigns executed in Marketo or equivalent Marketing Automation System, and leverage Martech integrations. Experience in the exact Martech stack is not necessary but must want and enjoy learning new tools.
- Intake planning with cross-functional stakeholders for prioritization and omni-channel campaign execution.
- Responsible for all Marketing Campaign Operations across: email, web forms, nurture builds and maintenance.
- Assists in project management of PMM campaigns: discovery, build and deployment, QA.
- Backup of Marketing Operations - Marketo backend management, architecture requirements and new deployments.
- Develop best-practices for leveraging our entire Marketing Technology stack to engage prospects.
- Track, analyze, and improve on campaigns while reporting on success metrics.
- Working with Lifecycle and other marketer team members, identify and champion new campaign and/or persona opportunities.

Desired Traits, Qualifications, Education and Experience Equivalency
- 3–5 years of professional experience with Marketing Operations.
- Experience within Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs): Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc.
- Experience working with Martech platforms integrated with MAP: Drift, Chili Piper, GotoWebinar, systems, and the sync to MAPs (Salesforce and Marketo preferred).
- 4-year degree in Information Technology, Marketing or related field. Degrees in similar areas of study will also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
- A successful candidate will also exhibit a strong desire to learn and understand all aspects of the company’s operations and be able to interact directly with other departments.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel 0–10% annually in the U.S. for team meetings, offsites, etc.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $110,000 per year, depending upon experience
