We are looking for a talented and creative Multimedia Producer and Editor to join our fast-paced in-house creative team. In this role, you will create high-quality photo and video content that reflects our brand, engages our audience, and supports our strategic goals.
Reporting to the Creative Manager and collaborating closely with the internal marketing team, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing a variety of multimedia projects, including short-form and long-form promotional videos, branded social media content, internal communications, photography, event coverage and more.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with hands-on experience in all aspects of photo and video production. A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing professional, paid work is required.

  • Work with the Creative manager and internal marketing team members to produce video and photography concepts and ensure that the content supports broader organizational initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Creative manager and the internal team and provide creative input throughout the production process, contributing to the concepting, planning, storyboarding, scripting, etc.
  • Drive the editing process from rough to final delivery, providing a steady stream of photo and video content deliverables
  • Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms, including web, social media, and live events making recommendations for improvement
  • Optimizing video content for internal/external syndication and social sharing, and making recommendations for improvement
  • Organize, catalog, and maintain video files, raw footage and photography, and project assets using a structured file naming and storage and backup system.
  • Ensuring all multimedia work adheres to brand standards and builds the brand
  • Creating graphics independently or with the support of designers and animators
  • Source, operate and maintain professional photo and video cameras, lighting equipment,
    and audio recording devices on location, virtually, or in the office
  • Managing shoots independently or in partnership with the Creative Manager both in the studio and in the field
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and internal client expectations are met
  • Provide input on how to repurpose and maximize the use of new and existing multimedia assets for future projects
  • Stay informed about industry trends and recommend improvements to workflows and equipment.
  • Performing other requested duties.
  • Lifting, operating and carrying equipment (up to 25-50 lbs).
  • Transporting gear.Prolonged standing and movement during production
  • Sharp vision for proper focus and framing during production
  • Keen hearing for monitoring audio levels and sound quality during production
  • Prolonged sitting and working in front of a screen for long periods of time
  • Comfortable working on-location, including outdoor environments and various weather conditions.
  • Creative storytelling and visual composition skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to align on ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in video production, photo editing, and multimedia content creation.
  • A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing professional, paid work in photo & video production and editing.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere & After Effects
  • Knowledge of operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras and professional video equipment
  • Basic skills in audio recording, editing, and mixing.
  • Familiarity with video requirements for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and websites.
  • Experience with photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license
  • Intermediate knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign or other design software
  • Asana, Jira or similar project management programs
  • Google Suite

  • Ability to Travel 11-25 percent to remote sites [within the United States and Mexico ]
