Fictiv, coined the “AWS of manufacturing,” is a leading technology company transforming the $350 billion manufacturing industry. Our cutting-edge cloud platform uses AI and machine learning algorithms to help companies build hardware at the speed of software. Come join our growing team!

What’s in it for you?

Fictiv is looking for a strategy and results-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who has experience in various go-to-market motions and is a great leader and coach; a change agent who wants to work with an exciting venture-backed start-up that is unlocking the potential of cutting-edge manufacturers of all sizes by delivering a Fortune-500 global supply chain and simplifying sourcing of custom mechanicals from prototype all the way to production and beyond.

Impact In This Role

The right candidate will be well versed in high-growth B2B marketing strategies, including growth marketing to support low-touch customer acquisition and “look-alike” industry marketing, lifecycle marketing strategies to support customer activation and deeper penetration of high-value ICPs, and account-based marketing to support our high-touch relationship sellers in achieving healthy customer lifetime value targets.

Additionally, our CMO will manage the Product Marketing team, operate the launch cadence at Fictiv in close collaboration with our Chief Product Officer, develop our positioning and messaging, and look to refine our durable right to win. Finally, the CMO will manage all aspects of our branding and creative strategy, digital presence and related communities, content and marketing communications, and PR and Brand Awareness strategies, from managing our press agency to social media pages to events and tradeshows.

As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, the CMO will report to the CEO. Through his vision and the overall business strategy defined in our operating manual, the CMO will be responsible for helping grow the company brand through thought leadership activities, public relations, social media, etc., as well as developing an integrated marketing strategy with the CRO to drive and hit growth targets.
