You will report to the Logistics Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

Inbound Operations

○ Coordinate with transporters/MPs regarding inbound Shipments.
○ Receive physical cargo from the trucks and move the goods to the
inbound area using manual equipment.
○ Verification of Package condition while receiving the orders, and take
necessary actions if needed.Basic verification of MP documents with the physical goods and ensure all
boxes are received as per documents in the proper condition. Take
necessary actions if needed.
○ Complete the GRN process in the ERP system within the given time
frame.
○ Sort and segregate the orders based on shipment priority
○ Maintain the Storage of goods if needed
○ Move the physical goods to the QC lab and keep the boxes to the
assigned location

● Outbound Operations

○ Move the QC approved orders to the warehouse from QC lab, and stage
for the export process
○ Complete “DO” validation process in the ERP system for “Ready to ship”
orders
○ Ensure the final package condition and Repack if needed
○ Measure the weight and dimensions of each box for export packing list
preparation.
○ Booking Shipment with Logistics Partners (UPS, DHL, FedEx etc..)
○ Print and paste the shipping label on the respective boxes and move them
to the outbound area
○ Collect shipping documents from the team and Print and attach docs
along with respective boxes
○ Arrange/Register for Carrier pickup and handover the goods to respective
carriers along with all related documents.
○ Coordinate with the team for the movement of freight forwarder shipments
and maintaining related information and documents in the ERP system.
○ Pass Transporter Documents to the team for payment purposes.
● Daily Warehouse maintenance & management

○ Stock receipt, positive release, storage (if needed), timely handover of
materials to QC, picking materials, transferring materials to the respective
area, document recording, labeling, Shipping, data entry into the ERP
system and handover the goods to the respective carriers

○ Planning, organizing of Warehouse overall operations and taking
responsibility for the security of the area and stock.
○ Liaise with the cross functional departments in terms of receipts, deliveries
with Time, safety and efficiency as priorities
○ Warehouse 5S maintenance
○ Continuously explore process improvements
○ Lessons learned and exploration of new ideas
○ Perform other Logistics related tasks as indicated by the Head of Logistics

Desired Background Traits-

○ Over 2+ years experience working in Inbound/outbound & Logistics
documentation
○ Excellent verbal communication skills. (English and Local language is
preferred)
○ Basic computer skills
○ Fast learner and process oriented
○ Familiar with ERP or any other WMS
○ Good personality with team spirit
○ Ability to handle warehouse equipment.
○ Ability to lift up to 30 kgs
