If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

Crusoe.ai is looking for a Web Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic and analytical engine of our digital presence. This role is designed for a data-first marketer who thrives at the intersection of Organic Discovery (SEO/AEO) and Performance Analytics. Your mission is to maximize Crusoe's visibility in search and AI engines while building the data infrastructure that proves the business impact of our web initiatives. You will not just report on trends; you will turn search data into actionable roadmaps that steer our content, campaigns, and product direction.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • SEO & AEO Technical Ownership:
    • Own the technical SEO/AEO roadmap, focusing on site architecture, advanced schema markup, and citability by AI engines (with a hyperfocus on increasing impressions and average position for non-branded terms).
    • Monitor and optimize Crusoe’s presence in generative search (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to ensure our core narratives are captured accurately by LLMs.
    • Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to identify organic "white space" opportunities in the AI and infrastructure sectors.
  • Data Infrastructure & Insights:
    • Own the web data stack by ensuring Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SEO tools are properly configured, integrated, and serving as a single source of truth.
    • Build and maintain automated dashboards that visualize site health, conversions, and granular ranking trends for high-intent non-branded clusters.
  • Insight-to-Action:
    • Influence Strategy: Regularly present search data to the broader marketing team to identify emerging trends and steer the content calendar.
    • Optimize Efficiency: Partner with the Demand Gen team to align paid and organic strategies, using SEO data to improve campaign relevance and reduce dependency on paid terms.
    • Consult for Product Marketing: Advocate for data-backed feature naming, technical documentation, and product-led content based on how users actually search for solutions.
    • Drive Engineering: Translate data-backed optimizations into high-priority technical requirements for the web engineering backlog, ensuring SEO is a cornerstone of every site sprint.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: 4+ years in a technical SEO or Web Marketing Analytics role, ideally in-house at a B2B tech or AI company.
  • Data Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of GA4, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Botify). You have the ability to visualize complex datasets in Looker Studio to drive executive decision-making.
  • Technical Depth: A deep understanding of how crawlers and LLMs process web content, with the ability to diagnose technical issues (rendering, indexing, schema) independently.
  • Analyst Mindset: You are an expert data storyteller. You don't just provide numbers; you provide the "so what" and the "what's next."

Benefits:

  • Industry competitive pay
  • Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company
  • Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents
  • Employer contributions to HSA accounts
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
  • Teladoc
  • 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Subscription to the Calm app
  • MetLife Legal
  • Company paid commuter benefit; $300/month

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $130,00 -$157,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
