About the Role:

As an Apprentice Electrician with Crusoe’s Manufacturing team you will shadow one of our electricians and help them with their tasks. You will be responsible for assisting with diagnostic, repair, assemble, and install various electrical components and systems.. This may include testing malfunctioning equipment, identifying defects, troubleshooting, repairing equipment and replacing defective parts. You will work with the electrical team to identify and solve problems.

A Day in the Life :

• Work alongside our electricians and follow their instructions

• Help the team to diagnose, repair, assemble, and install various electrical components and systems

• Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics

• Use a variety of tools and techniques to complete electrical tasks

• Order electrical parts, maintain work logs, and collaborate with other service workers to complete large projects

• Other duties as assigned

You Will Thrive in This Role if:

• High school diploma or GED

• Enrolled in a Journeyman Electrician program

• Familiarity with the work of an electrician

• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints

• Good technical skills and willingness to follow instructions

• Strong analytical ability and willingness to accept and learn from feedback

• Requires lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs

• Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily

• Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back

• Must be detail oriented

• Must be a team player willing to take on additional roles as needed

• Have a good attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $25-28/hr. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data
