The Role

Are you ready to lead projects that matter? As a Project Manager in Customer Success, you’ll sit at the intersection of advanced analytics, cutting-edge AI, GIS strategy, and boots-on-the-ground execution. You’ll orchestrate complex, highimpact projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers - and for the planet.

This isn’t just any PM role. You’ll be working alongside the best and brightest- former utility engineers, climate scientists, data analysts, and consultants—on projects that secure tomorrow’s infrastructure by delivering real results today. This is your chance to make your mark on something much bigger than a spreadsheet.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Partner with our customers some of the most sophisticated utility, energy, and infrastructure leaders in the world— to understand their toughest business problems and design data-driven solutions
  • Lead complex, cross-functional engagements spanning satellite data, AI models, and geospatial strategy to ensure customer success at every phase
  • Translate massive datasets into meaningful insights, collaborating with Ai Data Operations, data science, and engineering teams to deliver real-world outcomes
  • Guide customers through large-scale SaaS implementations that drive operational change, sustainability wins, and cost efficiencies
  • Continuously identify repeatable solutions that scale, working with Product and Engineering to turn field learnings into platform power.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience in top-tier analytics consulting, strategy, or operations roles, ideally with exposure to utilities, climate tech, infrastructure, or SaaS
  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills—especially with senior executives at large enterprises
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including solutioning, timelines, budgets, and cross-team collaboration
  • Curiosity and drive to dive deep into AI, geospatial, and sustainability topics—even if you haven’t worked in them.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to turn complexity into clarity and data into action.
  • MBA or equivalent from a Tier I institution is a plus, but not a must
