The Role
This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to take ownership rather than operate in a purely support capacity. You will manage core HR operations end-to-end, working closely with teams across India, the UK, and the US, and directly contribute to shaping a positive employee experience.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a self-driven professional who wants to learn quickly, take responsibility, and grow into a well-rounded HR leader through real, impactful work.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Run day-to-day HR operations and manage Rippling for India and the UK (with exposure to the US)
- Be the go-to person for employee questions and HR tickets
- Manage employee documentation, letters, and records
- Support offer releases, onboarding, and joining formalities
- Handle exit processes and clearances end-to-end
- Manage benefits administration and insurance
- Coordinate background checks and verification requests
- Track and manage contract staff and interns
- Help drive culture initiatives, employee gifting, and engagement activities
What we're looking for:

1+ year of hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR operations and responding to employee queries

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling emails, documentation, and follow-ups

High attention to detail, with the ability to proactively identify gaps and address them early

Comfortable working with HR systems, data, and spreadsheets independently

Strong ownership mindset with pride in delivering accurate, timely, and dependable work

Proactive in tracking tasks and closing them end-to-end without constant supervision

Curious, fast learner who is open to feedback and continuous improvement—we don’t expect you to know everything from day one
