The Role

As a Director of AI Implementation and Customer Strategy you will own the people and operational backbone of our India strategic deployment organisation, ensuring top talent consistently drives high-impact outcomes for customers.

Initially, you will manage a team of high-calibre junior talent, including graduates from top institutions like IIT, IIM and ex-MBB consultants, setting standards for execution, clarity, and impact. Over a short time, your remit will expand to include larger programmes, global projects, and critical operational initiatives, giving you the opportunity to shape the future of AiDASH’s strategic deployment engine.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performance team across multiple functions, establishing clear accountability and operational discipline
• Build and implement repeatable processes, playbooks, and staffing strategies to ensure the organization runs efficiently
• Drive development and retention of top talent, identifying future leaders and creating growth opportunities
• Collaborate globally with US-based product consultants, CSMs, and R&D to ensure seamless strategic deployment of customer projects
• Translate unstructured challenges into structured plans, achieving results in a fast-moving startup environment
• You will gain exposure to AiDASH’s AI, analytics, and geospatial capabilities, but your primary contribution is leadership, strategy, and operational excellence.
