The Role
We are hiring a Business Consultant to join our Wildfire Mitigation Planning (WMP) practice - a business vertical critical to helping electric utilities protect infrastructure from wildfires, ensuring community safety, reliability, and sustainability. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, process design, and technology enablement. We're looking for someone who can work with the experts, codify knowledge into repeatable processes, and use technology frameworks to scale impact.
In this role, you’ll work closely with wildfire experts, utility executives, and our technology team to accelerate WMP creation, standardize templates, and design a scalable services organization. You’ll also play a key role in using WMPs as structured inputs into our AI frameworks - working with existing models and tools provided by our tech team to enable automation and eventually productize the process.
This role is ideal for someone who is intellectually sharp, consultative, highly organized, and tech-savvy.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Partner with Wildfire Experts: Collaborate with domain experts to accelerate WMP preparation, applying strong articulation, writing, and consulting skills. Translate expert knowledge into a repeatable and scalable WMP template.
- Design and Scale Processes: Build and refine delivery processes that can evolve into a scalable WMP services organization. Apply program management skills to ensure quality, repeatability, and customer success at scale.
- Leverage Technology for Scale: Work with the AiDASH tech team to use existing frameworks and models to structure WMP data for automation and future LLM training. Create processes and workflows that “stitch together” available tools and models to deliver the required outcomes. Champion a technology-first approach to problem solving, bringing curiosity and comfort with AI-driven workflows.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in consulting, program management, or business transformation roles
- Strong consulting and communication skills - ability to work closely with domain experts and articulate complex ideas clearly
- High intellectual curiosity and problem-solving ability - quick learner with the capacity to absorb new domains and codify them into frameworks
- Experience in program or process management, with a track record of building scalable delivery systems
- Tech-savvy mindset - comfortable working with new tools and frameworks, with a bias toward using technology to solve problems
- Exposure to AI/automation tools or process-driven tech adoption
- Experience working in regulated industries (utilities, energy, infrastructure, or government) is a plus
What you'll love:
- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: 100% coverage for employees and 80% for their spouses and children
- Health Reimbursement Account (HRA): 100% funded by AiDASH to cover medical deductibles
- 401(k) Plan: Begin contributing after three months of employment to prepare for your future. Currently, no company match is offered
- Parental Leave: Supportive parental leave with 16 weeks for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers
- Generous Vacation Policy: Accrue 20 vacation days per year, plus enjoy an additional flex holiday to celebrate whatever feels most important to you!
- Winter Break: From December 25th through January 2nd, we give everyone time off to recharge and enjoy time with family and friends!
We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to embracing diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices, and we promote a work environment where everyone, from any race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin, can do their best work.

We strive to ensure our compensation packages are equitable and aligned with industry standards. Your recruiter can share more about compensation during the hiring process.
