The Role

The Strategic Finance & FP&A team is responsible for setting the roadmap and guiding AiDASH towards its long-term financial success. The Strategic Finance Lead will be owning key financial reporting responsibilities, and driving strategic impact across product, go-to-market, and key cross-functional teams. This is a highly visible role with exposure to the entire leadership team at AiDASH.

How you'll make an impact:

Build financial infrastructure and tools to help the company scale
Be a strategic business partner to enable data-driven decisions making, including pricing strategy, unit economics and business expansion
Own executive dashboards and financial reporting

What we're looking for:

Expert financial modeling and planning skills, with at least 2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or other direct finance experiences
Keen analytical and strategic mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills to drive change management

We offer a competitive base pay range for this full-time position, which is between $140,000 and $170,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated base salary for new hires.
