We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their core business challenges and define project objectives.
- Own and manage the entire project lifecycle—including requirements gathering, solution development, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Work with the GIS team to procure, process and validate satellite imagery datasets for analysis.
- Partner with analytics and data science teams to design and architect analytics solutions that address client needs.
- Coordinate with technology teams to manage the successful implementation of SaaS solutions.
- Present insights, recommendations, and solutions to clients, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
- Identify opportunities to productize repeatable processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts, associates, and Associate Project Managers (APMs).
What are we looking for:
- MBA from a top-tier institution with 5-12 years of experience in top tieranalytics/strategy/process consulting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills, experienced in working with C-Suite executives
- Proven track record managing and successfully delivering multi-million dollar projects.
- Knack for business problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in business analytics tools
- Hands-on, with ability to manage a small team of analysts/associates / APMs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced business environment.
