What’s the role?
We are looking for a Senior Associate/Associate Project Manager—Customer Success to act as a pivotal link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless implementation, deployment, and delivery of AiDash’s products. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.
The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of data and analytics, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with clients to understand their core business challenges deeply and tailor solutions using AiDash’s products and services.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, project planning, and execution from proof-of-concept (POC) to scalin.g
- Work with the GIS team to procure, process, clean, and validate satellite imagery datasets, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to design and validate data models and analytics frameworks that address client needs.s
- Partner with technology teams for SaaS implementation and troubleshooting during deployment phases
- Translate analytics insights into actionable business recommendations and deliver compelling presentations to clien.ts
- Drive process standardization and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency or productize recurring workflows
What are we looking for?
- MBA from a Tier I institution with 2-3 pre-MBA experience; Bachelor in analytical/technical discipline from a top-tier institution with 4-6 years experience; in strategy/process/analytics consulting
- Self-driven individual with problem-solving/first principles thinking mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
- Excellent business problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in business analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced business environment
