As a senior technology leader, adopt industry best practices in Infrastructure Architecture, Continuous Delivery and Integration, Deployment, Security, 3rd-level Support, and Test Automation.

Oversee all infrastructure and development operations for the team, ensuring all work meets user and commercial objectives, is delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Develop a roadmap, identify delivery milestones, and determine the capacity and cost required to achieve goals.

Implement the agreed technology strategy based on OKRs.

Strategize, design, and implement highly efficient solutions on Public Cloud (Amazon Web Services) for security, resilience, performance, networking, availability, and blue-green deployments in the context of business applications.

Define the System Development Life Cycle methodology and associated cross-functional tools to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

Stay updated on the global state of commercial cloud and open-source operations.

Prioritize efforts to enhance complex software-defined infrastructure.

Ensure processes and training are in place for continuous improvement in services.

Promote and advocate for excellent engineering and organizational practices.
