Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with functional teams and recruitment specialists, to understand job objectives
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external sourcing teams, to setup interviews / interactions of candidates with hiring team.
  • Effectively communicate relevant information about the company and job expectations with candidates.
  • Manage the ATS and keep it up to date
  • Coordinate and maintain calendar invites
  • Follow up with candidates on assignment submissions, and set up calls with panel interviewers whenever necessary
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and sourcing trends
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
  • Support recruitment specialists, in sourcing talent from job boards and other sources.

Qualification:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in technology recruitment or entry level graduates, willing to pursue career in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to effectively manage candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects.
  • Willingness to work in fast paced, startup environment.
  • Understanding of various tech stacks would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking system
  • Familiarity with job boards, and candidate sourcing.
