If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for paid advertising and a commitment to delivering exceptional values, we invite you to apply for the Performance Marketing Specialist position at www.aidash.comYou will leverage your 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Paid advertisement coupled with your expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, FB/Insta and Twitter Ads to drive inorganic traffic, improve website visibility, and enhance overall digital marketing performance.
What will you do?
Optimize and Run Paid Campaigns:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram Ads.
2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
Preform B2B Marketing Plan:
1.Leverage extensive B2B marketing experience to tailor advertising strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive business results.
2. Understand the unique challenges and opportunities associated with B2B marketing and adjust strategies accordingly.
Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
1. Design and implement ABM strategies to target key accounts, working closely with management/Sr. to align advertising efforts with their business objectives.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between advertising campaigns and account-specific goals
Implement A/B Testing:
1. Conduct A/B testing on various ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify and implement performance improvements.
2. Provide insights and recommendations based on A/B testing results to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay Updated about Industry Trends:
1. Collaborate with the internal team to develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
2. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
Manage Ads Budget:
1. Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve maximum efficiency and results.
2. Provide regular budget reports and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare Weekly/Monthly Analytics Reporting:
1. Utilize analytics tools to generate detailed reports on campaignperformance, including key metrics and KPIs.
2. Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders, making recommendations for improvement.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to align Paid strategies with overall business goals.
2. Provide regular updates on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram Ads.
  • In-depth knowledge of A/B testing tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram Ads certifications are required.
