What’s the role?
AiDash is looking for a talented Operations Analyst to cross-functionally align our teams for an outstanding customer experience through creating trust in data, clarity in effective processes, and predictability in outcomes.

What will you do?

  • Supportcross-functional programs and initiatives to support scaling of the business and integrate Customer Success & Transformation (CS&T) processes with teams throughout AiDash (e.g., sales, marketing, product)
  • Develop and implement lifecycle processes, policies, and metrics to support customer outcomes and business growth defining the appropriate touch points (i.e., human-led and digital) throughout the customer journey (pre and post initial sale)
  • Develop and own methods, processes, systems, analytical models, and tools to track resources, balance work assignments, and support our customers and coordinate key reporting for AiDash leadership team, partnering with the CS&T team to provide reporting on customer adoption, sentiment, advocacy, and business results (i.e., forecasts, renewals, expansions, churn)
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting formats, processes, and implement systems for process automation /optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
  • Review and implement improvements to both structure and content of AiDashknowledgebase
  • Create/update templates and content for presentations, playbooks, success plans, training, and webinars
  • Day-to-day alignment / support of the CS&T leadership team to ensure timely completion of issues
  • Identify and correlate metrics relevant to customer goals –apply a consultative approach to ensure that no customer value gets left behind
  • Contribute to Pre-/Post-Sales teams as needed.We’re a startup!

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree (Sciences, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years in an operations/analyst role, or similar experience; exposure to customer facingroles in asset centric industries; utilityand B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills - a strong individual contributor and team player capable of balancing and prioritizing multiple work streams
  • Passionate about a solution first, consultative approach to solving problems
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, fun, and energetic

What other experiences will make you a great candidate?

  • Advanced competency in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity and ability to quickly adopt Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, QGIS, SQL, Python, R, and/or PowerBI as needed
