What’s the role?
As a Marketing Writer at AiDash, you'll create compelling content that translates technical details into engaging written content content. Your work will shape our brand across channels like AiDash.com, blogs, eBooks, white papers and email newsletters—driving user engagement and showcasing the value of our software in a straightforward and impactful way.
What will you do?
- Create Content. Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website pages, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, and social media.
- Write Website Copy. Craft compelling and user-friendly copy for the company's website, ensuring that it effectively communicates the value propositions of the SaaS products and encourages conversions.
- Product Messaging. Collaborate with product marketing teams to understand the features and functionalities of our products and translate technical details into customer-centric messaging.
- Email Marketing. Write engaging copy for newsletters, and promotional emails to nurture leads, communicate product updates, and encourage user interaction.
- Lead Generation. Create content for lead generation campaigns, including ads, landing pages, and downloadable resources, with a focus on attracting and converting potential customers.
- Sales Collateral. Develop persuasive copy for sales materials, such as brochures, sales presentations, and case studies, to support the sales team in effectively conveying the benefits of the SaaS solutions.
- Optimize for SEO. Incorporate relevant keywords into content to optimize it for search engines and improve the company's online visibility.
- Social Media Content. Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, aligning with the company's messaging and brand voice.
- A/B Testing. Participate in A/B testing initiatives to assess the performance of different copies and refine messaging based on data-driven insights.
- Brand Consistency. Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and style across all marketing materials to maintain a cohesive brand image.
- Industry Research. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to incorporate relevant insights into the writing and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams. Work closely with product marketing, design, and other teams to ensure alignment between messaging and overall marketing strategies.
- Exceptional Writing Skills. Mastery of grammar, syntax, and style to produce clear, concise, and engaging content. Ability to adapt writing style to suit different platforms and target audiences.
- Creativity and Innovation. Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content that captivates the audience.Willingness to experiment with new formats and storytelling techniques.
- Storytelling. Strong storytelling skills to convey messages in a compelling and memorable way, fostering an emotional connection with the audience.

- SEO Expertise. Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize written content for search engines and improve online visibility.

- Social Media Savvy. You are intimately aware of social media trends and the ability to create content that resonates with audiences on various social platforms.

- 5 to 7 years of writing experience
- Ideally you were once a reporter or journalist for a mass media or critical industry publication covering electric, gas, and water utilities, transportation, construction, etc.
- University degree, preferably in English, PR, journalism, marketing or another related major
- Note: Satellite and space tech experience are not required.
