What’s the role?
We are looking for a key orchestrator of integrated communication strategies, who can shape our brand narrative, promote our products, and engage our target audiences. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing communications plans and ensuring consistency across channels. From product launches and event marketing to PR initiatives and social media management, this role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at building brand awareness, fostering customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success and growth of AiDash.
Our suite of satellite-first products are built to safeguard critical infrastructure from climate change-related threats. Of our five SaaS products, one is already at scale, three have surpassed the product-market fit stage, and another is pre-product market fit. In general, we have the best, most innovative products in early markets and are ready to scale to the next level with your help.

What will you do?
- Brand Messaging. Develop and refine key brand messages that resonate with the target audience. Ensure that messaging aligns with the unique value propositions of AiDash products.
- Content Creation. Oversee the creation of various content types, including corporate blog posts, case studies, videos, and infographics. Collaborate with content creators to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Social Media Management. Oversee social media channels, crafting engaging content, and managing community interactions. Leverage social media for brand promotion, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Event Marketing. Plan and execute events, both physical and virtual, to promote products and engage with customers. Coordinate participation in industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Public Relations (PR). Manage PR initiatives to secure positive media coverage and enhance the company's reputation. Develop relationships with industry journalists and influencers.
- Customer Communication. Create communication materials targeted at existing customers, including newsletters, product updates, and customer success stories. Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform communication strategies.
- Influencer Marketing. Identify and engage with influencers who can positively impact our brand. Develop partnerships and collaborations with industry influencers.
- Internal Communication. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer success, to ensure consistent communication across the organization. Communicate marketing initiatives and successes internally.
- Creativity and Innovation: Thinks outside the box and develops innovative marketing solutions to drive results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with prospects, customers and internal stakeholders in a unique way.

- 5-10 years of progressive marketing communication responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Note: Satellite and space tech experience are not required.
