What’s the role?
As the Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at AiDash, you will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive GTM partnership strategy, cultivating high-level alliances with key partners to amplify AiDash's reach, brand awareness, and sales across the region. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with management consulting firms, system integrators, cloud platforms and other leading companies within our domain. This role will involve engaging senior-level stakeholders, including Partners, CXOs, SVPs, and VPs, to align their goals with AiDash's vision and products.
What will you do?
- Establish and cultivate a robust pipeline of high-impact partnerships within consulting firms, system integrators, and other key industry players.
- Identify and engage senior stakeholders in target organizations to build high-level alignment for partnerships with AiDash.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure partnerships, fostering a collaborative environment to drive mutual success.
- Drive GTM partnerships, measured by sales generated through partner channels, ensuring alignment with AiDash's sales objectives.
- Create strategic product partnerships with complementary products, envisioning and crafting compelling "better together" narratives.
- Leverage your deep understanding of AiDash's offerings and the competitive landscape to identify strategic product partnerships with leading complementary solutions.
- Champion the negotiation, execution, and management of partnerships to ensure sustained value for both AiDash and partners.
- Act as a proactive problem solver, mitigating challenges and fostering long-term, value-driven partnerships.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated success in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field within the technology industry.
- A proven track record of building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders.
- Strong understanding of product functionalities and the ability to envision synergistic partnerships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships.
- Highly motivated and autonomous, with a proven ability to take initiative, drive results, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Past experience in driving measurable sales outcomes through partner collaborations.
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to identify and overcome challenges to ensure mutually beneficial partnership outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
