What’s the role?
Goal of our analytics team is to help realize maximum business value from AiDash Data Products. As a Business Analyst, you will be assisting senior business consultants by providing analytical solutions to solve complex business problems. You will help clients improve their operations using AiDash products, thus saving millions of dollars in operating expenses.
What will you do ?
- Work closely with senior consultants, to understand client's business objectives, core business processes and data.
- Develop and apply analytics models that help clients derive business value, from AiDash products/platforms.
- Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide clients and teams in decision-making.
- Use tools like R, Tableau, and Excel to analyze data.
- Synthesize and communicate results to senior consultants / engagement managers
- As a fairly small and tightly knit organization, you will get an opportunity to work closely with senior executives and consultants, and gain an understanding of how new-age technologies can be used to create business value.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelors in an analytical/technical discipline from a Top Tier/Tier-1 institution such as IIT/NIT/BITS etc.
- 0-1 years of work experience in the business analytics domain.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a knack for numbers, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in any one or more business analytics tools and visualization tools. - High degree of self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
